Has anyone sent an outgoing http (webhook) from Fu..

Has anyone sent an outgoing http (webhook) from Fusion to Jira Cloud? We are doing it and the http module is returning a code 200 and Jira see's the incoming transfer but no data seems to be accompanying the transfer. Any ideas? The Jira admin is a bit stuck.
