We raised a ticket 5 weeks ago regarding this issue. Initial communication was that they are looking to fix and they recognize it as a bug. 5 weeks later, it's no longer a bug. They said because we've migrated to Adobe IMS authentication (Adobe Admin Console migration), this feature (Group admins impersonating their users to see the user's boards) is no longer a feature. ??????? That's it. That's all the customer support person would say about the bug and closed the ticket that I can't reopen. I have mentioned that we seem to be getting unlucky with the support we're receiving but this seems to become so bad now. No explanation on what we can offer to the group administrators or what we can do in Adobe Admin Console to help the group admin.
Any of you have a workaround for this?
Honestly, if you have not migrated yet, you might want to reconsider with all the issues we're getting with the migration and the lack of customer service.

This is specific to just boards? They can still log in as another user and see other things?

Yes, just the boards. They log in as another user in their group and can see their projects and other things. It's just the boards that they can't see.
