firstResponse field uses

Hi all,

We're working to report on the first time we respond to a request within Workfront (via update or status change). Does anyone use the 'first response' field for that? I came across that when I was working on the reporting but couldn't find much documentation on it.

hi there,

I just did a quick check and from what I see this field returns # of hours elapsed between Entry Date and Status change to In Progress.

I issue is in status New it returns "Not started".
Haven't seen that field before, but I can see some potential here.

At the same time this seems to be manually achievable with Datediff calculation (entry date, actual start date)

cheers
