Filter only when values match

I have attached the proofing report as it currently appears. What I'm wondering is whether I can build a custom filter that displays proof document only when Leia and Camilla have matching values for Approver's Decision? More specifically, the only values I'd really want on the report are where both L and C have a Pending decision. That means my ideal report would have only the last two entries. Ideas? no, I don't think so. I think the closest you could get were if Leia and Camilla had pending decisions. But you wouldn't be able to specifically target any instances where they BOTH have pending decisions at the same time. -skye
