Filter a task report by task planned hours

Hi all, I need to create a filter for a task report to show all tasks with planned hours = 0. However, (task) planned hours does not seem to be available field for filtering the task report. Is there some workaround for this? Thanks!

"Planned Hours" is available only for the column(view), For Filter you can use "Task > Work".
