Experience League still down?

Trying to get back into a course for Workfront specifically. Shows Experience league is still down but the reports at https://status.adobe.com 
seem to indicate nothing is wrong.

I'm still not able to access and there is still a banner appearing when trying to load.

But when I go in to "Start course" it still shows the banner and nothing populates.

Correct, you won't be able to click start course but you can still access the content and watch the videos on the pages. You just have to access the video content from that main page.

But they're like 4 minute summary videos with no training. I was just hoping for more and it's been a few weeks of limbo. Fair enough though.

I just realized you are correct, it's just an intro video. I thought they were more in depth than that. The tutorials area might be more useful. https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/workfront-learn/tutorials-workfront/home
