expense receipts

Hi, So it seems the expense module does not allow for uploading attachments like receipts. Is that correct or am I overlooking something. Thanks John Minze PMP, 6Σ, PSM I Intelisent Creative Services (Company)

I believe you're correct John. You can't add an attachment directly to an expense - but you could upload it to the task or project the task was attached to. At the project level, you could have a 'receipts' folder to upload them all up to. However, it raises questions for me on how you're using Workfront. It's not a finance/accounts payable system. The expenses should reflect your GL, not replace it. I would suggest the level of detail that includes copies of receipts should be in your finance system. Barry Buchanan Work Management Australia
