Error when converting requests/issues into projects **Update error for changing status

This error comes up when converting a request to a project. I have gone through all the fields and everything is correct and the project is still created correctly, but not sure why it is coming up. Has anyone else seen this?

**Just an update: this error is coming up when editing a status on several tasks from a report to a new status
