Workfront for Jira - User not logged

I'm getting an error on the setup tab when setting up the Workfront for Jira app. Any suggestions on how to fix this? I haven't found anything elsewhere.

We are experiencing the same issue. We're assuming it's something on our tech side's end where they need to allow the connection from a security standpoint? But haven't investigated further yet. Did you find a solution?
