Reviewers and requestors included in a task or project submission are not receiving all of the accompanying email notifications throughout the course of the project/task. I've opened the all of the notification parameters (daily & instant) but it hasn't solved the problem.

 

For example, they may receive notifications for certain information such as updates related to the project, but do not receive an email notification when there's a status change. Any idea?

Hi there, have you checked after allowing these notification options at the global/instance level that your users now also have respective notifications turned on in their own profile?
