What's the best process to change a user account when their email address/SSO log in changes? I can't change the email address in Workfront since we are using admin console. I don't have a good way to test this with extra SSO accounts and I don't want to mess around on the user's account. I'm hoping someone has had experience with this while using admin console. Can I update the user's admin console email by csv import, while keeping the user name as the original email address in the csv import?

For single users whose email address changes, you would deactivate the user and edit them to make the change. Reactivate when you're done. (edited to add, we would do all this in Workfront)

We will be undergoing an email domain change in a couple of weeks. I was informed by Adobe that all we need to do is have each user update their email in Workfront under their profile, and the changes will automatically sync to the Admin Console. Users will then be able to log into Workfront with their new email. I am making the switch tomorrow, so I will test this process to confirm the change works smoothly.
If anyone from Adobe has a different direction, please let all of us know

Thanks for your response. I tried that with my own account and my email is greyed out, which is the case when I try to edit other user’s email’s in their profiles. I’m an admin so I don’t know if that’s the difference. I’ll ask a non admin user to try.
