Edit Default Request Form

Avatar

Level 2

I created a request queue, added my custom form. When accessing the form from the requests section there is a default set of fields that appear above my custom form. I do not want all of those fields when my users create the request and others I would like to hide so they appear only in the worker view. Is this possible?

Thanks

Hi there, I assume you're referring to things like description, priority, URL, etc.
Go to your project associated with the queue > queue details. In there you can deselect these native fields.

If this helped you, please mark correct to help others : )

I had them all unselected but the 'Show all selected and unselected fields to' drop down was set to all users. I set it to no users and now the only field I see is Subject which works for me.

Thanks
