Duplicate key Error

Hello there! I was trying to add someone as a Project Owner, and someone as a Task owner and I got this message, does anyone know what it means? Or how to fix it? Thanks in advance to the good soul that helps me with this

Were you trying to do one and then the other without WF registering/saving the first assignment?

@anaximenaolvar I connected with the Customer Support team and here is what I found out -- These errors typically need to be resolved via a defect to engineering. If the customer could please submit a case to support, that would be great so we can get this addressed.
