Drop-down menu list - Name lengths

A dropdown menu that exists is too narrow to read the contents. How do I go about widening the dropdown menu to match the field width to allow the longer names to be legible on an MRF (issue) custom form?

    You must have some pretty long dropdown options! I'm not seeing a way to do this on my side, but it does show many characters, your users wouldn't know the option based on how much it does show? This may be a good Idea to submit bc I'm not seeing a way to modify that within the custom form.
