Multiple Task / Name filters not accepted in Reports

I have built a report that requires a Task / Name / Contains (keyword) filter AND a Task / Name / Does not contain (keyword2) filter, but only one will stick when it is applied. Has anyone run into this or does anyone have a solve this?

The below text sample text mode should work.

fieldname1=<xyz>
fieldname1_Mod=cicontains
OR:1:fieldname2=<abc>
OR:1:fieldname2_Mod=cinotcontains
