Expand my Community achievements bar.

Does anyone know of a way to prevent PDFs/Proofs being downloaded from the Project > Task > Document screen? Is there a way to restrict downloads at the project or user level?

We have played around with restricting downloads advanced setting within each document but so far still allows the user download.
