Does anyone know of a way to assign multiple teams to an issue?

We have a need to assign multiple teams to an issue but Workfront does not allow us to assign more than one team.

This is the scenario:

1 - An issue gets entered for a Studio request and assigned to the Studio Team

2- That team then assigns a specific worker to handle it and adds them to the assigned to section

3- Based on who gets assigned it, Account needs to assign a specific Business Manager.

Right now we are not seeing a way for the account team to get notified when someone gets assigned without asking the user to post an update (which they don't want to do). If we were able to assign both the studio team and the account team it would allow for them to get notifications.

Any ideas?

You're only able to assign a single team to a task or issue in Workfront. You can assign multiple job roles or individuals, but only one team. Or you can assign a combination, like a single team and 2 individuals.

Here's the documentation article: https://one.workfront.com/s/document-item?bundleId=the-new-workfront-experience&topicId=Content%2FMa...

This functionality now exists in Workfront; made available on 10/6/2022-10/7/2022 as a part of the 22.4 release.
