This functionality now exists in Workfront; made available on 10/6/2022-10/7/2022 as a part of the 22.4 release.

On a kickstart, to set the setScheduleMode to be the Completion Date; the only value in the spreadsheet (under that heading) should be C. Just the letter C by itself.

Current functionality is that work that is assigned to a user that does not match the intended job role; the work still appears in the Unassigned work swim lane of the Workload Balancer. It would be great if the system knew the work was assigned and treated as such.
