Discover the new work list tasks / personal projects

We're currently working on a refresh of our WF training.  Some users have expressed a desire to track personal work tasks.  I thought I'd make them a guide for entering these tasks on the Priorities tab.  Some users have explored Priorities while others have not--the latter still have the intro message and the 'Discover the new work list ' task in a personal project ('FirstName LastName's Tasks').

Is there anyway to locate these projects in the system?  I can log in as individual users and navigate to the projects (if the discover task is still in Priorities); as an admin I can still view the project while I'm no longer logged in as the user.  However, I've been unable to run a report that lists these individual projects (I even added myself as a user for one of the projects in the sandbox preview, but I still can't report on the project).

Hi there, if you add to-dos from the Home to-dos widget, which are stored as personal tasks in WF, they won't show in Priorities (and even if you go directly to the personal project and add a task, won't show in Priorities). So just a note when wanting to use Priorities for that. The only one that shows is that 'discover' task and that is to help the user. Having them not show is intentional as To-Dos is under evaluation in general with the product and is on hold. They may never go in there, it depends where To-Dos goes as it's a widget that has very low usage.

In terms of how to target them in a report or something, I'm not sure.

Thanks for the tip.  I have my own personal project (separate from the one pushed to the system by WF), and I can add tasks to it from Priorities.  But when logged in as another user, I can't use Priorities to add tasks to the same personal project where the 'Discover the new work list' resides.

I wish we could report on/delete those projects since they're not helpful for what we need.

Yup you'll be able to use it from your unofficial personal project bc that's a regular project. Doesn't work for the native personal project with Priorities. The intent of Priorities isn't necessarily to add tasks/issues directly from there, but rather to surface tasks/issues assigned to you as an optional alternative view from My Work widget, reports, etc.
