Daily Automatic Reports

I looked and didn't find what I was looking for in the search function (Maybe I wasn't asking the correct question) We have a report that is sent out at noon on a daily basis...If someone updates information that is contained in this report - is there a cutoff timeframe for inputting information so that it is captured in the report? Hi Patricia, It depends on how you deliver the report (the format). If you use HTML then it's basically just sending them a link and they're getting live information as of the time the click on it. If you use any of the other formats it should be accurate as of the time it's generated (in this case noon). So if you updated something at 11:59am, it should show on the noon report (assuming you didn't just bulk edit 2000 lines and it take 3 minutes to save �� ).
