Does anyone know if there is a way to add data to home that isn't available through the drop downs? For example, I want to add Program Name. I see the option for Program ID, but not Program Name. Thanks! Melissa Treinen Healthgrades

Hi Melissa, There's no text mode capability for the Home custom layout. To display the Program Name in Home's detail pane, you can add a calculated field "Program Name__" to your project form(s), which pulls the Program Name in which the project lives. A calculation you can use is: IF($$NOW=$$NOW,Program.Name,Program.Name) Then, the Program Name__ field would be available to you in the Home view builder under Project >> Program Name__ Consider voting for "https://support.workfront.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/360016432153-Allow-expressions-in-the-Home-customization">this submission to the Idea Exchange, which would introduce a text mode to the Home view builder. Hi Will, I just upvoted your suggestion. I want to have all reviewers on a proof listed when someone clicks on a proof review in their Home task. Right now the only way to see all reviewers is via email or under proof details. Aileen Aileen Taylor Cell Signaling Technology

Hi Melissa, That interesting. I'm seeing the same thing under Projects in the Layout Template. But under Tasks & Issue, the Program Name appears. This would suggest to me it is a bug due to the inconsistency. And Program Name should be more relevant under the Project table. I would open a ticket with WF. However, I'd be prepared to hear that it's "by design".

I added my project owner's name to Home yesterday. The only option was Project Owner ID, but it actually gave their name.
