Creation of User Login Report with Timestamps?

Avatar

Level 2
Hi there, Does anyone know how to create a user login report with a timestamp function showing how long someone has been logged into the system? I want to be able to see who has been logged into Workfront and for how long on any given day. Is that possible? If so, how would I go about creating this type of report? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Kat Kat Lyon, PMP Design Project Manager The University of Texas at Austin, Marketing and Creative Services katherine.lyon@utexas.edu

Hi Kat, We have a report that shows last log in date. I am not sure how you can add in the time stamp. I submitted an idea in the Idea exchange about reporting on the Update feed which has that information. (https://support.workfront.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/115004132273-Report-on-the-update-feed). In the meantime, if last log in date helps, this is what we did: These are the columns we use: And these are the groupings: Then we were able to build a matrix by license type and last log in date. The caveat is that if you as an admin log in on behalf of someone, your login counts for the individual. Hope that helps. Sara SARA ROTHKOPF Marriott International

I am interested in creating this type of report too, Kat. Have you been able to create the report? STEVEN A. SZESZKO II Process Functional Manager Alamo Colleges District SSzeszko@alamo.edu

This isn't a report but a new feature is the "https://support.workfront.com/hc/en-us/articles/360002453754" audit logs . You could look at these to see when a User logged in and if it was successful. Monique Evans Stanley Black & Decker, Inc.
