I've been trying to create a management report that shows the Home Teams, the team members and the number of hours they worked for a specific month. At first, I used a timesheet report but found it wasn't showing team members who had not submitted timesheets for their timesheets for the period. I resorted to using a USER Report but hit another snag when I discovered that his report doesn't allow the Text mode conversion of the "homeTeamID" to the "homeTeam :name " in the matrix view. I stumbled upon a suggestion in the Discussion Group (I've since lost track of it) to:
create a Custom User Form with a (Calculated?)/CUSTOM Field which maps the homeTeamID to the homeTeam Name,
assign the form to each user in the system
use the new homeTeam Name from Custom Form in the User Report instead of the default homeTeamID
I'm having a hard time figuring out how to do this and was wondering if maybe you could point me in the right direction. Norbert Esty New York University
