Creating a report that shows tasks when a specific folder is empty (EXISTS statements)

Avatar

Level 2

I am creating a task report with the goal of showing tasks that are ready to start by a certain group of individiuals (these filters are already applied) and don't have documents within a specific folder (the project-level folder titled "design").... Is there a way to filter by that second part? If so, can you assist with the text mode?

In summary, I want the report to show me tasks in which the task is assigned to the a team or specificed individuals, it's predecessor is complete, AND there are no documents within the "design" folder.

There was a very similar question Community question by @TimothyBr and response by @RandyRoberts that is almost the answer, but I can't figure out how to tweak it for me need. (https://experienceleaguecommunities.adobe.com/t5/workfront-questions/creating-a-report-that-shows-a-...)

I'm not certain this will work for what you need, but one thing you could try is to change the linking lines (lines ending in "document:projectID=FIELD:ID"). Trade all the FIELD:ID parts for FIELD:projectID and see if that gets you anywhere.
