Hey! I'm creating an assignment report that shows tasks that can start but are late. The idea is to take this report to managers and give them an overview of late tasks in Workfront so they can follow up with users. The issue that I'm having is that late tasks still pull up in the report for users that have said "Done with My Part." Is there any way I can filter out these tasks for users that have selected "Done with my Part?" Jonathon Engelien Best Buy

Hi, I've been having the same issue - the only way around which i found - is adding Assignment And Status column to a report view. SO even if it shows up on a report, assignee/manager knows that user is done with it but another ones still working on it. Dagmara Garwell BAKKAVOR LTD
Hi! I love assignment reports!!! The trick: you need to use the Assignment Status field to filter as well. So you will want that to be Not Equal to Done. So you will have both a Task Status as well as an Assignment Status. :) Anthony Imgrund FCB

On an "Assignment Report", you should have the ability to filter by Assignment Status. See below for what Anthony was mentioning: Terry Hynd EBSCO Information Services
Well... maybe I misread your post. When you said an assignment report, I thought you meant the Assignment object type. But maybe you were talking about a task report. LOL! For a task report, you can't filter on assignment status. When you use an assignment report, you get an assignment status which is based on the end user click Work On It and Done with My Part. I have a lot of groups that do "Hot Sheets" with what is due today or overdue, so I use these filters a lot Anthony Imgrund FCB
