Create a new field with partial strings

Fusion is creating logs for us which need all of this info. We are utilizing these logs to supply another team with filenames that they can use from the Project row and change the Project Status. A sample of it is here:

2021-11-5, SampleFilename01.tif, ID:9dad55nemt6g54537aupgf6n4s

2021-10-28, SampleFilename02.tif, ID:o812g73c6p6k56d11hsi1cun0h

2021-10-28, SampleFilename03.tif, ID:3ijfldo2917rj4idh79h8kgm1i

Ideally I'd love to have a field created from this field that eliminates the long ID (basically from the .tif on in every line in the field) where the ID is a set number of characters but is a generated ID that is unique every time. Is this possible?
