Looking for experience and/or suggestions on anyone using Workfront Proof for Compliance reviews, revision requests, & approvals. We need a way to report on SLAs and KPIs and aren't sure of best practices. We're looking to report on duration of:
Time between request for review hitting Compliance team and Compliance reviewer beginning work
Time between Compliance reviewer beginning work and completing review with decision
If decision is Revise/Resubmit then the Time between request submitter receiving decision and resubmitting request to Compliance
Then Time between Compliance receiving revised submission and completing review decision
Repeat #3 and #3a as needed
