You may want to also remove it from any existing Task, Issue or Project View to further restrict users from accessing it - therefore using it. Not 100% on mobile - but I believe you still are set within your Access/Layout. Maybe not? Hi Joe,
The other screen I'm talking about where it can't be removed is the Task screen (see attached screenshot). This is an example where the Task's Planned Completion Date is different to the Commit date which is shown prominently to the users and can cause them to think this is when the task is due.
Regarding the mobile app, it does show users the Task's Planned Date when it is a Work Request, but once they accept it into their Working On queue, it shows the Commit Date. Confusingly it labels this the "This will be done by" date - hence the potential for confusion for the users.
