Good morning,
On some project, not all, I can't upload new version of proof or tick amends when done. It happens generally when I didn't add the first proof myself.
Any ideas on how to resolve that?
Thanks,
Gen

Hi Gen,
This is down to the role you have on a proof. As a proof creator, you are the proof owner and so have full control of the proof/workflow configuration. To give another user (who is not the owner) elevated access to the proof, they must be set as an author or moderator role.
You can read more on this here.
Best Regards,
Rich.

@GenevieveKr , to add to @Richard_Le_ 's response - if certain people will repeatedly need the ability to upload a new version of a proof on proofs they didn't create, instead of changing their proof role ad hoc in proofs, set their permissions in their profile to be supervisor, then they can have more control in proofs that aren't theirs.
