Can someone share your marketing brief form within WF? We have one already created but I really would like to see what we are missing. How do teams ask your Marketing areas to complete a project? Anything would be helpful.

Here is what we do now: create new request, select marketing, select type of request (campaign, revision, change) and then complete the questions. What do you have in those sections that stands out and helps work get completed faster and more efficient? After someone completes the request, it routes to another queue for review/approvals. thanks for your help

We keep ours simple: technical info like which product is featured and its particulars, which audience to target,, detailed description of the piece, branding requirements, copy direction, photo direction, due dates, in market timing, specs and delivery instructions. For videos our request is filled with technical information they need to produce such as formats, length, aspect ratios and so on.
