Has anyone else experienced images in request update feed not moving to project when converted?

The ability to add images to an update is pretty handy, especially for non-tech savvy requestors. However, they do not seem to transfer to the project update fed when converted. I cannot find any info related to this issue... has anyone else experienced this?
