It depends what date range you want to filter by. Maybe Last Login Date?

If you go to create a filter or a prompt, and type "Date" as the filter criteria, all of the attributes with "date" in their name will appear. Then you can browse the list and choose the appropriate date attribute.

Hi Beth,

You will need to either add a filter to your report specifying the date range that you want the report to work to. Or add a custom prompt to the report to enable end users to specify their own date range when viewing the report.

You can read more on creating custom prompts here

You can read more on how to build filters here

Best Regards,

Rich.

Beth,

In the filter area, you could choose is Active in the list and mark it true, that will give you all active users in the system.  You could then type last login date which will give you date options to choose from, like This Year.  These two pieces together will give you a report showing all active users that have logged in this year, as example.  You could reserve that and choose Last Year instead which would give you all active users who last logged in Last Year and may be folks you need to deactivate.  Hope this give a bit more help.
