Can a card on a board be converted to a project in Workfront?

If we have a board with several cards, can one of the cards be converted into a project?

are you talking about new Boards? I wasn't aware that anything could be converted, but I know cards can be connected to tasks and issues at the moment. And I know it's on the roadmap to connect to projects -- but I haven't heard that this has been launched yet.
