Best Practices When Proofing Multiple Videos

Avatar

Community Advisor

Some of my creatives have to upload several videos to one project and were wondering if there were any best practices around using Proof with a bulk amount of videos. Sometimes its just a handful but there are instances when we need to get approval on 20+ videos. With static documents we can upload several files and compile into one Proof but video doesn't seem to work as smoothly.

Looking for any suggestions on how other creatives handle this usecase.

@Monique Evans‚ Did you ever identify a workaround or solution to this?

Instead of compiling into one proof, the team bulk uploads the videos in batches based on the approvals needed. So if there are 5 that need Bob, Alex, and Sam they will get uploaded, and then the 10 that need Charlie and Alex etc. It saves them time with uploading and keeps everything separate for further rounds of review as everything won't be approved at the same speed.

Our studio still needs to upload multiple videos at one time and combine as a single proof and receive a single decision. Hoping this will be possible in the future. Anyone else need this?
