Our Workfront instance is set up so the request intake uses a custom form. Because of that we don't have a place for requesters to attach documents when submitting a request.
Does anyone of a work around solution to allow requesters to upload documents with a custom form?

In the queue setup area do you have a "document upload" checkbox you can toggle on? Should be in the "New Request Fields" section.
Skye for the win!
This is what we do. The documents can be uploaded in the initial request with the custom form and go automatically into the documents section of the request when it's been submitted.

@Skye Hansen‚ - Would this attach documents at the Project level (when the request is converted)?
We have a single request form that triggers multiple sub-tasks and would ideally like to match documents with the correct sub-task. Any recs?

no recs unfortunately -- this is just not the way Workfront works.

This only works if the form is on a request. Projects forms do not have the ability to attach documents. You have to drag them into the documents section manually for this.
