We are just getting into Automated Workflows. If all approvers review and approve simultaneously with the same deadline, is it necessary to set up each approver in a different stage? Could we just set it up as a single stage with three approvers as opposed to three stages, each with a single approver?
We put multiple approvers on a single stage all the time.
Now for us, we do have a second stage that is activated when all decisions are made on the first stage. This second stage is generally for the project manager in our case - it allows them to get a notification that everyone has completed their review and made a decision on the first stage, so they don't have to keep checking to see if all the approvers are done.

Thank you. That sounds like exactly the setup we need!
Hi Joe - totally! If you want everyone to look at it at the same time, I believe you can have up to 249 in a stage.
NOTE: If you are talking about Proof, you can just select the Basic option and then you don't even have to worry about building one. It will send to everyone list automatically.
Thank you. Since it's the same people all the time as approvers, it will probably save time to make it automated.
