Historical Hours Report Based on Changing Job Role

Hi WF Community,

Is there a way to run an hours report and see hours for a user associated to the different job roles they've had over their tenure with the company? For example:

  • Jane Doe was an Account Manager from Jan 2018 - Jan 2019, and she logged hours during this time as an Account Manager
  • Jane Doe then switched roles to Resource Manager come Feb 2019 - present, and she logged hours during this time as the Resource Manager

I'd like to run a report, almost like a historical snapshot report, that would show hours grouped by the various job roles a person has held.

Thanks.

Nick

@Nick Valeriote‚ If you group an Hour Report by Owner > Name followed by Job Role > Name, you will be able to see all hours each person logged and which role they had at the date/time of the hour entry. You can also add the column for Job Role > Name if you would prefer to have it visible in your view.
