If so, we'd love to learn a little more about your use case. Tell us a bit about the type of work you're managing. Thanks! Sherry Arnold Workfront

We integrate Workfront via the API with our ledger so that when accounts code expenses they flow into workfront for PM's to see Budget vs. YTD spend. -- Michael Stewart SAMARITAN'S PURSE OCC Business Relationship Manager | Information Technology 828-406-8078 | 828-278-1162 | mstewart@samaritan.org "http://www.samaritanspurse.org/"> WWW.SAMARITANSPURSE.ORG

We're actually in the process of testing something similar with the API. We're passing the logged hours from Workfront to an application called Maximo which we already had set up to pass from Maximo to JDE which will track our budget versus actual hours and costs. We don't use Workfront IN our finance department, but we transfer a fair bit of data to and from their system. Mainly this data relates to importing into Workfront the orders (sold products and services) which are to be delivered, and then provide estimates to Finance of when they will be delivered for invoicing, and then actually requesting them for invoicing and sending related hours data. Most of the data transfer is automated via integration and we are progressively expanding the scope of the integration. David Cornwell
