Hi Patricia,

We're still experiencing a lot of this (quite a few ways this occurs) and have tickets open with Support. I was advised a couple of weeks ago that a fix has been identified. The most recent news is that it is still in QA. We're eagerly awaiting this to be released because it is causing a lot of frustration for our users....

Hi, Yes, we are also experiencing this. We are fairly new to Workfront (less than a year) and reported performance issues from the beginning of our implementation. We have had them look into it on their end and our end, and its been communicated back to us that they are not seeing anything on their end and suspect it has to do with our proxy server. Regardless, we are seeing freezing issues daily and mostly in the late afternoon (we are on PDT). Our users have to close browser and reopen. A refresh doesn't always work. And when they are able to refresh the screen, their updates/changes aren't saved. Sharon Nagata, Project Manager IS Community Medical Centers

Sharon, Hope all is well. We had recent issues with performance, but if this is an ongoing problem, the best course of action would be to create a Support Ticket and work with our Support Engineers to fully diagnose the issue.
