Any idea / recommendation why pasted Workfront link does not work as hyperlink such as in Ms-word / excel / ppt?

Hello to All,

Why Workfront hyperlink does work when added to any document such as word / excel / ppt? It gives an error, which is aatched as reference here.

If we copy the whole link and paste in browser, it works. Bbut this is not a good solution. Similarly, if we paste other links than Workfront in word/ excel / ppt, it works.

    I copy/paste Workfront URLs into Word and Excel documents quite frequently and have not encountered issues.

    When you control-click on the link, are you already logged into Workfront? I have found that because of SSO and other security measures, I sometimes have to be already logged in to Workfront when I click a link.
