Als0o im tried to use this  opcion (You do not have access to add tasks to this project. Please select a different project or request access. )

But when I try to use  the opcion request access to admin  theres a mesage error An error has occurred and we are trying to resolve the issue. To continue working, please try refreshing this browser page.

Hello, even if they have the same access level, doesn't mean they necessarily have the same sharing permissions on the request and on the project you're trying to make the request into a task for. I'd check the sharing settings on both the request you're trying to convert (and the project it lives in) and the project that you're trying to make it a task in. I'm betting this 2nd user may not have manage access on the project you're trying to move the request to.

If this helped you, please mark correct to help others : )

@HugoZa just checking in! Were you able to get this resolved? If one of the replies above helped—whether it completely solved the issue or simply pointed you in the right direction—marking it as accepted can make it much easier for others with the same question to find a solution. And if you found a different way to fix it, sharing your approach would be a great contribution to the community. Your follow-up not only helps close the loop but also ensures others benefit from your experience. Thanks so much for being part of the conversation!
