Transfer a request to someone outside of Workfront for handling
Why is this feature important to you - not everyone uses Workfront therefore, when I have a request that should have gone elsewhere, I sometimes have to spend time adding all the details to an email message to transfer to a non-Workfront team.
How would you like the feature to work - from the request landing page, click the 3 dots and choose Transfer to open a popup window to compose an email to include a custom message plus PDF of custom form information and existing update feed along with documents attached.
Current Behaviour - all request data and comments has to be manually gathered and copy/pasted to an email, attachments downloaded and attached to said email to send to a team outside of Workfront.
