Timesheet filter for Time Period "This Year"

Under Timesheets > All Timesheets tab.

Filling out the Filter, for Time Period I select “This Year”
I expect to see all the currently generated timesheets for 2017 (or This Year)

However, according to development, after speaking with support, I am told "This Year" means only timesheets created from the beginning of the current year to todays date.

This should be changed to work exactly as titled and return all timesheets for "This Year"

Agreed. We reported the same issue to support. Using the out-of-box value "This Year" option should be just that, the full year, not the beginning of the year to today.

In the following example, if I create a report to identify all Tasks planned to start for the current year using the "This Year" option, I will not get any Tasks planned beyond the current date...the option should be labeled "year to date", if it is only going to look through to the current date.
