Proof Print summary: Need option for all pages with all versions

Description -

Why is this feature important to you - Customer has multiple version proofs, and they need "all version", "all pages" option for their audit purpose. 

How would you like the feature to work - All pages option should be available with All versions in proof print summary

Current Behavior - User can not choose the proofing print summary option for "all version " and "all Pages" option as he options to have "all pages " grayed out.
