The  " ALL"  selection causing issues in custom form

We had custom forms created for out design department when we signed on with Workfront. These forms are very detailed with information we request from our equipment sales department and this is why they are asked to select certain check boxes. Unfortunately this "All" box has created a nightmare for our design team which has lead to countless hours of unproductive time trying to verify what exactly should have been checked instead of this “All” box.

The individual selection boxes were created for a reason several years back.

The "All" box could possibly be used as an option in the future but at the moment, our department truly needs it removed.

There are ways to construct custom forms so that they do not have an All.  You would need a system admin to edit the custom forms.  Whoever built the custom form specifically created All as a reponse, the corrective action would be to edit the field in the custom form to remove the All answer.

Is that screenshot from the form Preview? I already know the answer to that, btw.

In Preview, the "All" doesn't show but when the form is viewed on an object, it does.

There are many "ideas" that have been submitted to remove this or at least offer a choice to turn it off over the years. Since ideas are not consolidated on AEL but scattered all over the place, there's no way for the PMs to know that this request has gotten a lot of traction.

@jon_chen Can you search and consolidate these "ideas"?

This seems to be limited to options with checkboxes, is it possible to construct a similar field using radio buttons or another available option which does not contain the All

Sorry, my phrasing - I know this is possible within Workfront my question was to the original poster - is it possible to get their specific environment configured in such a way.

My first idea would be to break out the question, instead of it being one field it could be many.

Radio button - Is your project (A) - yes / no - if yes provide details

Radio button - Is your project (B) - yes / no - if yes provide details

This would allow for granularity but it would remove the All option
