Hayk, thanks for spicing up this forum with some of the items you are Considering and you've got Planned -- it add variety, and helps me imagine where we're headed with the forum (and the features)!
To further clarify this IDEA. Currently when you go to convert an email in Outlook 365, and you use the "Update", the dropdown indicator is "Issue", we do not use "Issue" anywhere in our entire use of Workfront. It would be preferable if it could either mimic what is used in the active Workfront settings OR default to "Request".
