Submit New Requests from Outlook 365 Add-In

Convert emails to Workfront requests and submit them right from within Outlook 365, including requests with custom data and attached files.

To further clarify this IDEA. Currently when you go to convert an email in Outlook 365, and you use the "Update", the dropdown indicator is "Issue", we do not use "Issue" anywhere in our entire use of Workfront. It would be preferable if it could either mimic what is used in the active Workfront settings OR default to "Request".
