Provide the ability to update the user profile at a global level so that the default on all proofs is "lock proof after all decisions are made". Or move these to default PROOF settings rather than under the user profile as part of our compliance needs.

We use the "Approved with Changes" setting, agree with Ryan, hide it if you don't want to use it.
