Storyboard Status Column for Pending Approval

What Is Your Problem?
The agile storyboard does not allow me to add a column for "Complete - Pending Approval." This results in additional difficulty managing approvals on top of the fact that they cant be scheduled independently.
What Do You Propose As A Solution?
add a status column for "Complete - Pending Approval" to the agile storyboard.

I have a team that would like the story cards to be marked pending approval in some way rather than having an additional column
