Slack Integration: Add a /wf post update <project> <task> <issue>

Add a command to the Slack integration that would allow someone to post to the update tab of a project/task/issue from the Slack interface.

an additional nice to have feature would be to be able to tag other users in that post.

I agree. The primary use of slack is communication. Enabling the function to post comments from slack (possibly from a project specific channel) to Updates on that project (or issue/task) reinforces having all communication captured in WF.

Yes please! Slack has become a huge part of our business, and as we continue to promote Workfront as the operational system of record and driving more communication outcomes to be stored in the tool, this would allow for more seamless workflows to do that for the users.

Thank you for the suggestion! I'm glad to let you know that this feature is already on its way. Very soon, you'll be able to push a Slack post to Workfront as an update. Tagging will be supported too.
