ProofHQ Dashboard for Clients

We use ProofHQ externally, sending links to proofs out to our clients in order for them to review, provide feedback, and approve.

Many of our clients are heavy users, working on multiple proofs as part of a variety of different projects all at once. We would benefit from a ProofHQ dashboard that provides them with a link to all of the different proofs they are working on, along with the history of those proofs.

This would minimize the number of times our clients reach out to our Project Managers to verify what they need to work on, asking them to re-send links, etc.

It would obviously be wonderful if there was some sort of simple functionality that existed for a free user; however, we would also be open to this being part of a license level.

There have been some changes to ProofHQ since this initial idea was submitted over 4 years ago, however it is still relevant today. We just started using the proofing tool within WF and being the system admin., I have access to the proofing dashboard. It is a really nice feature, however it is by default that only available to admin users unless you submit a ticket to support to enable it for in your global options (which will allow worker access level or higher users to see it). This can confuse some of our non-proof users and leaves out all of our "reviewer" users.

Although users can see what proofs they need to work on within their home screen, it would be nice for them to access the dashboard as well.

I just submitted my ticket a couple of days ago to configure our instance so that all worker users (and up) can see it.

My request is to add the functionality for us to pick and choose by user or at least let us configure it in our layout templates. Thanks!
